      Red Horse Barn ~ Premier Wedding Venue

The Red Horse Barn in Huntington Beach, California, is available year-round for your wedding or any social event of up to 250 guests. We book only one event per day so as to allow flexibility for your event time.  The venue fee is based on 10 hours of use for set up thru breakdown and departure. All events must end by 10:00 pm.

The Red Horse Barn offers "Venue only"

or "All Inclusive" options.


The "Venue only" use fee includes all of the following.

  • Four hours for delivery and set up of your rentals and décor

  • Three hour pre event arrival for Bride and Bridal Party

  • Five hours of event time

  • One hour of breakdown and clean up time for your vendors

  • 10 VIP parking spaces 

  • On-Site parking for guests

  • One hour of Rehearsal time prior to your event (weddings) Typically on a Thursday.

  • Venue capacity of UP to 250 attendees 

The Red Horse Barn site use fee does not include any rentals, products or services.

We do require that all  vendors be independently hired and contracted by you. They must all be Huntington Beach city licensed and provide proof of Liability Insurance.


We do require that for Bar Services and DJ services, you must select from our list of preapproved and preferred vendors.  We offer several different companies from each category that we are confident you will be pleased with. 


We have a list of other preferred vendors that we would be more than happy to provide to you. They all have a very good knowledge of the venue and we have already verified the License and Insurance.

We strive to maintain up to date and current information on this site. The best source of information is in an actual contract. We are happy to provide you with a sample contract upon request if you are in a pre book status or please refer to your signed contract for specifics regarding your event.
